What if I didn't receive my order? What if my package is lost in the mail?
We handle these on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us immediately with your order number and the intended address for delivery.
I received damaged products, what do I do?
Uh oh! We're so sorry to hear that! In order for this to be investigated, please submit the following to us:
- Clear images of the faulty item(s)
- A description of the fault
I want to cancel my order.
Orders can be cancelled if we are notified before 6pm EST the same day the order was placed.
Can I change my shipping address?
We are happy to make a change to the shipping address if the order has not shipped yet. If the order is already out for delivery, then we will not be able to make any changes and you will need to contact USPS to reroute the package.
Can I change my billing address?
Billing addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Have no fear, this will not affect your order!
I purchased an item but now it's on sale.
Our sales can happen at any time! We are not obligated to refund or compensate the difference if an item you purchased went on sale. We recommend keeping up to date on our socials to learn about upcoming promotions!
